PLANIUM exhibits at dOT - Design Outdoor Taste (from 7 to 12 June 2022 - from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm) in its fifth edition, the greenest event of the Milanese Fuori Salone, in which Italian design shows the synthesis of the product realization processes.

With the "Water" concept, dOT recounts experiences in the contract sector, proposing new "nature experiences" solutions. PLANIUM in the prestigious setting of Milan Brera, inside the loggia of the Cloister in the historic Church of Saint Mark, whose square is the beating heart of the Brera Design District, welcomes and presents its new collection in a context of elegance, history, art and eco-sustainability METAL-MORPHOSIS.

Luxuriant nature, outdoor design, touches of taste. A historic place in the heart of Brera Design District and the city changes its face on the occasion of Fuorisalone, and turns into a large outdoor living room dedicated to wellness and conviviality en plein air. A fluid ring of outdoor settings, between greenery and open-air rooms, which invades the cloisters of the basilica.                     

Official event of Brera Design District and Fuorisalone.it, dOT creates an orchestrated environment with soft balance, offering visitors (operators, planners, companies, designers, home & garden lovers, builders, hoteliers ...) a range of high-level solutions for new living and design habits, which transform the distribution and balance of domestic spaces and hospitality by removing the boundaries between in & out to create new, exciting 'outdoor rooms'. In the name of fluid living.

An urban oasis of 700 square meters covers the churchyard of the historic Milanese basilica with greenery, giving life to a bubbling garden punctuated by settings, designer design and fascinating atmospheres. An exhibition and sensory path - made up of over 50 companies - which also develops in the cloisters, where PLANIUM is located and where products, materials and special objects are found that summarize culture, territory, artistic installations, references to ecological themes, encounters and interviews with designers, architects and companies in the dOT Contract Caffè.

The theme of the 2022 edition of dOT is water. The ancient dock of Saint Mark, as well as the adjacent lake of the same name, was the nodal point of connection between the circles of the Milanese canals from the fifteenth century to the mid-thirties of the twentieth century. Inspired by the history of these places and by a very topical debate on the reopening of the city's canals, dOT-design Outdoor Taste 2022 celebrates water within its installations.

A watercourse, including wellness pools, steam rooms and graphic effects, accompanies designers, companies, the contract world and lovers of nature and the outdoors on a journey through surprising green scenographies composed of patches of fir, birch and maple trees, rows of agapanthus, aquatic plants, lagerstroemia and flowers in Very Peri shades that enhance different sets - from the unique PLANIUM surfaces to the roofs, passing through collections of furniture, accessories, lighting, pergolas and orangeries - full of inspirations, proposals and solutions high quality for living and living in the rooms en plein air (gardens, balconies, terraces, dehors, rooftops, loggias…).

The installations dedicated to indoor&outdoor living, embellished with the latest proposals and solutions of the design, respond to the new hierarchies of fluid living needs, in search of outdoor spaces to live and share and a renewed contact with nature.
