  The restaurant is called Marsan, as her place of origin, and is located on the Rive Gauche, an intellectual, artistic and bohemian quarter. Until the 1970s, the literary and creative life of Paris took place here. Today it is a very trendy and loved neighborhood. A pupil of Master Alain Ducasse, Hélène Darroze is a brilliant French chef, who has several restaurants around the world and two Michelin stars.

  On the occasion of the opening of the new Marsan project, in Rue d’Assas in Paris, the architect Patrice Gardera for the Gardera-D/Architecture studio, needed to add some floors, which represented a sure novelty in such an exclusive space. The choice fell immediately on Planium, with its systems easily positioned and applicable. In fact, PL01 INVISIBLE Floor allows immediate, one-click and, if necessary, reversible installation.

  The installation did not require the use of adhesives or silicones. Some simple cuts were made to finish the surface, in 600x600 plates. The millimetric thicknesses make even large-sized plates easy to handle. The surface is continuous, where there is no grout joints.
  In a context where order and cleanliness are decisive factors, the finish used is STAINLESS STEEL: eternal material, minimal maintenance and proven hygiene. Each plate is the result of constant research and innovation, combined with industrial know-how that accompanies every space design. Unique floors and walls are created, with an innovative, functional, renewable and ecological design.
