  To overcome the traditional appearance of furniture made of wood, even in its various essences, to go beyond color, Kettnaker has thought of metal, Planium's nature for over a decade.
  Kettnaker is in fact a manufacturer of high-quality furniture systems "Made in Germany": since its foundation in 1870, the company's headquarters have been located in Dürmentingen, Swabia.
  The territory of the historical region of Swabia corresponds for the most part to today's Baden-Württemberg, a prosperous and wealthy federal state in the south of the country.
  Kettnaker develops and produces exclusive furniture that is intended for all areas of the home: from the wardrobe to the sideboard, from the table and the shelf to the bed. Ideas and inspirations flourish by collaborating with over 300 luxury furniture stores, interior designers and architects.
  From the rich palette of materials and colors, Planium provides its German partner with a surprising finish in Calamine, a unique layer of surface oxidation that emerges during the hot rolling of the steel sheet. Planium makes it an attractive proposal to suggest unique solutions: floors, wall coverings and in this case even surfaces for furniture. Stabilized and enhanced by a protective surface treatment, each cut is unrepeatable in its more or less homogeneous and streaked chromatic inclinations.
  Its natural recyclability, the dark, changeable and original tones, the versatile aspect that makes it suitable for both classic environments and contemporary spaces are the reasons why it is included in interior design and architecture projects. The structures of the furnishing accessories are covered with this changeable and unpredictable metal; each sheet has flames in a precise direction. You just choose which orientation to give to each segment and proceed with the cuts: the element obtained is then trimmed and subsequently, finally, it is applied to the doors of the furniture.
